I love this jacket. It replaces a 10-year-old Feathered Friends one (which is also really great and still going strong). The main reason for the replacement — I wanted something synthetic, a bit more robust, and longer (I'm 6'2"). This jacket delivers on all of it. I took it to the Oregon coast last week and couldn't be happier. It's warm and very comfy. One suggestion for the designers — I wonder if there's a way to increase wind protection around the zipper? The wind was blowing pretty hard while I was on the coast, and some of it was getting in through the zipper (nothing a shirt can't fix, but still). Anyway, you see a lot of love for this jacket, and it's for a reason. 100% recommend.

Fantastic service. I initially paid for a full zip replacement for my down jacket but they informed me it wasn't the zip it was the glide was broken which made the repair cheaper so they refunded the difference and returned my jacket. It only took a week or so from sending to returning. Well recommended! I will use them again for sure.

Our jackets came back like new. We’re delighted with them. We thought they needed a new zip but they only needed a slider so Rab cleaned them free of charge! Very impressed with the service, it saved our jackets from going to the charity shop!
