They have excellent customer service ‼️ I tested the system adding an additional external USB SSD and everything worked❣️❣️❣️ I put the system together and the M.1 SSD was not recognized. I contacted support to verify that both SSDs could work together . I THEN went into problem solving mode. I discovered I had not connected the SSD securely 😞. They did not belittle me for not checking before I contacted them, but was supportive and thanked me for responding that the problem was resolved. Who passes up the chance to point out a “bone-headed” action like that⁉️🤔 Qwiizlab ‼️❣️‼️
