I first ordered from Quick VW Parts to retrofit a steering wheel with controls from a GTI onto my base 2011 Golf. Initially I thought I ordered all the correct modules, but it turned out the suggested clock spring g was not correct. After having g the column apart, I found this out and immediately called to rectify the situation. After a back and forth of photos while on the phone with Tracey Walser, she narrowed it down to what I needed based upon the information. I purchased the needed part and returned the incorrect one. Transaction was smooth and shipment was fast, as Tracey sent out the part as soon as she could. Vehicle was up and running only a few days after finding the issue.
