Crazy beautiful sparkle glitter lashes layered over black mascara,and drag a line at upper and lower lash lines for flitter eyeliner. I brush it lightly on my brows too. Even a light touch on my lipstick. It arrived fast and beautifully packaged. I will definitely get more pigments too. Deepest, exciting, most saturated true colors ever! I LOVE this stuff!
