I have never been disappointed with any of the products from Queen Creek. Since I live out of the area I take advantage of opportunities when they offer free shipping to keep my pantry supplied.

Your response to customers is poor. The first time I wrote a message, I never got a response. The second time I got a response but you neglected to give me the times you are available to receive calls as a follow up. Now I am caught in the web of missing the person I am trying to reach. You should include call back times for those of us that are not in Arizona.

We drive from Southern Arizona up to Queen Creek just to eat and buy the Olive Mill products. Of course, I've discovered I can order and get the products by mail, too. Right now I'm waiting for Garlic Parmeson Crema to be back in stock. As soon as it is, my order will be placed.

You have great products but it is extremely difficult placing on line orders using a smartphone. Cam you make this software more user friendly ?

The whole family loves your olive oil. We moved away and wish I could find your product here. Have you ever tried Woodfield Shopping Mall in Schaumburg IL? It is a very large mall and very busy all the time. I would surely enjoy having you there and so would my famioly and friends.

Wonderful flavor, great quality, bad website for ordering

During Olivepalooza we wanted to buy fresh olives and had to search everywhere before finding a small display in a case near the food ordering area. Trying to buy an assortment was an ordeal, especially while staff members scrambled to find a suitable container. Thanks to Logan, we were able to leave with our treasure. If you're going to have an event celebrating olives, pleased make them readily available and easy to buy, as you do with garlic. Your olive oils are great, but so are the fresh olives. 4

Came across Queen Creek Olive Mill while vacationing in AZ. Had so much fun listening to music in the grove while eating some really wonderful food (sandwiches, salad, deli items, gelato) and then took the tour and bought a lot of their products to bring home. Have continued to purchase on-line over the years. Their service is fast, friendly, and very helpful when you have a question. A great experience all the way around, and top quality staff and products.

must be some way to bring down the cost of shipping….12 dollars to ship an 8 ounce bottle …. perhaps give usps as a option for items less than one pound. you ask I’ll telling thanks

Whether visiting Queen Creek Olive Mill or ordering on-line I am always impressed by the willingness of the staff to be helpful, and their products, for me, have never been anything but superior...oils, tapenade, or olives. If you've never been there you should visit....tours, great food items, music (occasionally) amongst some of the olive trees all make for a wonderful experience.

I lived in Phoenix for 26 years and only discovered the Olive Mill @Queen Creek a few years before I moved out of state. I stocked up on my favorite oils & salad dressings when I left. I always keep 1-2 bottles of the garlic olive oil in stock. I add it to everything when I cook! When I moved to MO, I made cupcakes with the lemon olive oil; my sister is a gourmet cook & raved about how tasty & moist there were. They stayed fresh for days. Since moving to KS, I've not only ordered my own oil, but I've given them as gifts. My brother-in-law is impossible to buy for, but he loved the Drunken BBQ oil. Great service & fabulous products. If I ever visit PHX (Ahwatukee) again, it will be to visit the Olive Mill @Queen Creek and stock up.

The BEST BBQ sauce I've ever had! Drunken Garlic is my absolute favorite, but I love all the others too. If you haven't tried the Drunken Garlic... Do it! You will not regret it!

I have seen my olive oil being made at the family owned mill. I know what I am buying is exactly what it is-pure, delicious olive oil! I buy no other olive oil!

This is a fantastic oil to use in your home made salad dressing. So fresh with a hint of citrus adds that extra "pop".
