We had an issue with one of two tickets purchase showing up as cancelled when we arrived at the ticket gate. This was fairly stressful. It took as about 5 minutes to get through to Queen of Tickets, when we did the representative emailed us replacement tickets straight away. These tickets were for better seats. Happy with the outcome, so 4 stars. Stressful and embarrassing episode at the event gate means I can’t say 5 stars.

the process to get tickets from you, alright, but why after that giong to Ticketing, that was very, very stressful, they ask to "accept ticket" and I have a lots problems with that, of course that I want tickets, already paid, and why just send by e-mail to me, I think is only what you, Queen Of Tickets should do!!!!
