I had an ongoing issue with a MAG ring component and expected a drawn-out back and forth — instead, Quad Lock responded quickly, acknowledged the problem, and organised upgraded replacements without hassle. The communication was clear, respectful, and genuinely helpful, and the resolution went well beyond what I expected. It’s rare these days to feel like a company actually stands behind its products, but Quad Lock absolutely did. When their system works, it works brilliantly — and when there’s an issue, they handle it properly. Very impressed.
