Melisa keeps detailed information on my products of choice and has been incredibly helpful with color selections. I'm incredibly pleased with the products and the delivery.

Stay with me...this is going to be a little long. I gave up. I'm 63 and had rosacea starting around the age of 45. I have tried many different products over the years and they either made my skin itch, increased the redness or, on a good day, would cover the redness long enough to drive to work. I gave up. While doom scrolling on Facebook one evening, I came across an advertisement for Puzzle Makeup. Read the company's story and it sounded like they understood the rosacea curse (cosmetic stores do not hire people on their knowledge of rosacea). So.... why not give it one more try . I ordered samples of what I thought would be best for my skin. And my face felt calm. No reaction. But the color and redness coverage was not right. I'm a little shy when it comes to my rosacea face, and I certainly wasn't excited to share a photo with a stranger, asking for help. So happy I got over myself and sent a photo in to try a customized blend (this can't work, right?). Then Melisa contacted me within 2 hours (not kidding). She really took the time to study my photo, sent me a very detailed analysis, and after a few emails, and a few customized samples, I have a foundation that is amazing. It is comfortable, my skin feels hydrated and calm, and the redness? Covered! All day. No irritation. No increase in redness. No dry skin. No need to reapply. If you decide to give this a try, I highly recommend going directly to a customized blend. And Melisa? She is magical. A+. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I have been using the foundation for a week and my skin Rosecea has already improved. I wish it had more buildable coverage but understand my skin needs to heal for now.

Love the lip stain and gloss

My face started having a burning sensation and extreme dryness. I would eventually be diagnosed with Rosacea. While dealing with the side effects of that, I noticed that my make up would increase my dryness and irritation. I was frustrated by this and kept trying to find a product that worked with rosacea. Then I heard about Puzzle. It took me months to purchase it because I was so tired of investing my time and energy into make up. Extended frustration led me to purchase it. I didn’t expect anything but more frustration. I was wrong to not purchase it sooner. On my first attempt I noticed it didn’t accentuate the dryness and didn’t pill. I realized that it was calming my skin instead of creating more issues. If that’s not enough, their customer service is phenomenal. Truly grateful to this company. Next step is to have a personalized appointment consultation. I can’t wait for more success.

Happy with the coverage. The bottle a littler smaller than what I expected so I hope it lasts.
