I ordered my item and waited over a week for confirmation that my item was being sent. I ended up contacting them to ask when my paid for item would be arriving and was told it was ‘being posted 1st class today’. It arrived the next day or day after so that was fine but I really could have done with it a lot sooner to help my legs. Thanks for the immediate response eventually.

Easy to order and quick delivery. The only downside was the site said save 10 percent but I couldn't work out how to do it.. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

I measured incorrectly and ordered the wrong pillow to replace my previous well worn Putnams pillow. I received excellent advice from a very patient customer service lady over the phone and within days of receiving my return i took delivery of the correct pillow. Thank you.
