I found that Purnell carried the unique and awesome Brushtail Possum products I was looking for. So, rather than ordering from the New Zealand online store I had used before and paying tariffs, I tried Purnell. (Gloves made of Brushtail Possum fur are amazing. ) Purnell delivery time was great, and I use the gloves every day. Customer service was immediate and very helpful when I needed to correct another order that I had messed up. Purnell is the real deal!

Not much choice of colors, and color ordered kinda doesn’t look like the webpage example. Sizes not apparent nor easily presented on the order page. However gloves feel nice and were shipped quickly. LOTS of shipping notifications and follow ups gives a secure feeling that your order is on the way and when it will arrive.

I purchased your coulotts at a ski shop, even though I don’t ski. I love them so mush I bought another pair in black online and I love them even more. I had to redesign the waistband by putting a thick fabric elastic on the inside, otherwise even the extra small was too big. Still love both pairs, I wear them every day. My new uniform
