Bought my first pair of Purnell shorts at a local shop, great fit and extremely comfortable. There was a small manufacturing defect that was not noticed when purchased. I found that Purnell carried the unique and awesome Brushtail Possum products I was looking for. So, rather than ordering from the New Zealand online store I had used before and paying tariffs, I tried Purnell. (Gloves made of Brushtail Possum fur are amazing. ) Purnell delivery time was great, and I use the gloves every day. Customer service was immediate and very helpful when I needed to correct another order that I had messed up. Purnell is the real deal!
