Product did not improve neuropathy at all . However it did make me have an upset stomach.

It sounds counter intuitive, but taking this Vitamin B12 complex just before closing my eyes for the night is making a nice difference. At 86 years old, I was falling apart and not recovering. Then somebody suggested taking B12 at bedtime so your body had enough energy to heal itself, which, after all, is the main function of sleep. IT WORKS! There are 2 or 3 pills left in my first bottle, but this week I have felt better than I have in months. I got more done in the last 4 days than in the last 4 weeks. We've found a winner!

I take the super pill, I love it, it is the best multivitamin I have ever had. Unfortunately this one hasn't made a difference yet. My joints are still very stiff and painful. I take it every day according to instructions. I am not giving up yet.
