My experience with this trial has been positive. I've taken it for about a month as part of a test and review campaign. I'm used to creatine, so I could better compare this Puresport formula with my previous product. I'm not a fan of the sachets as I consume it at home and I usually take 3g rather than 5g, so I'd love a tub format for a custom dosage. However, I appreciate sachets are easier if you're at the gym or if you take the exact dosage of 5g. I liked that the formula is pure, free of sweeteners, and unflavoured, so I could take it with all my usual drinks and without artificial flavouring, unlike my previous flavoured product. As for the effects, I noticed better resistance to fatigue and less tiredness. Creatine can sometimes cause mild water retention because it draws more water into the muscles. I was expecting that reaction, but if I'm honest it has been less noticeable for me than with the other brand. I can't say for certain why, but this formula feels lighter and easier to fit into my routine.
