I am using this venue as a desperate attempt to contact customer service because I have been trying to reach out via email since early April. The customer service phone number does not work due to "technical difficulties." The order number is PP32620. Please send me the RMA for the refund as requested. On a better note, I will rate the necklace in my 1st order as 5+ stars!!!! The gold pearl pendant (which is an AAA) on the adjustable leather necklace is gorgeous and perfect for dress up or casual. Even though the AAAA pearl from my 1st order was more clear and shiny, the size on the AAA pearl is slightly bigger but still beautiful! Thus, will keep the 1st order but need help on resolution of my 2nd order. Anything you can do to help me would be so appreciated!!!.

I was looking for a nice set of pearls for my soon to be 16 year old niece that lives with us.
