I’ve placed quite a few orders and everything has arrived well packed, in good condition, and usually faster than I expect. I’ve never had an issue with the freshness or quality of anything I’ve received. I’ve also dealt with customer service several times and have always been able to call and speak with a real person who was friendly and helpful. I even ordered the wrong product once and expected the return to be a pain, but it was actually very straightforward. I sent it back and received my refund without having to chase anyone. Their selection is excellent, prices are generally competitive, and I appreciate the discounts when available. No company gets every order right, especially once USPS or another carrier gets involved, but what matters to me is how consistently a company handles my business when I need them. So far, PureFormulas has treated me well and continues to be one of my first stops for supplements and household products.
