I have only been using Pure Label L Arginine for the last 11 days. I purchased L Arginine to supplement my high blood pressure medication. As I have used it daily, two capsules in the morning and one before bed, my blood pressure dropped significantly. I informed my PCP of the results. He has so far agreed to let me continue this route as long as I check my BP daily... So far, this stuff works...

My first time using this product. Recovering from a broken should and trying to increase blood flow to the area. My therapist says I’m meeting my goals and improving. I break the capsules open and put the in shakes - does not have any flavor, so it mixes well. Pure is a good, trustable brand imo.
