I was so nervous and skeptical to purchase a puppy online but Puppy spot made this experience absolutely wonderful! Before I purchased my puppy, I was able to talk to someone about the breed, size and tell them what I was looking for and they helped answer all of my questions. Then when I bought my puppy, there was great communication and updates through the whole process, which brought so much peace to my mind. My husband and I welcomed Wrangler into our home on Saturday evening (2/1/25). What a wait! Purchased for the New Year and he ended up being quarantined before being shipped for 21 days (all is well). I was really starting to worry that it wasn't meant to be. . . But, he arrived just in time for my birthday! And, he's already wormed his way into my heart! The only issue I had with PuppySpot was that they couldn't find my account with my phone numbers. They had to use my email address to find him. When they updated my account - the corrected phone number didn't make it to the transport company that was delivering him. I ended up calling the Transport company directly as I hadn't received any delivery information. Other than that, the process was easy, helpful, and I'm thrilled with my son! The Transport company was stellar also. I would definitely go to PuppySpot again (or recommend) for just the right dog.

I was very impressed with how Puppy Spot kept in. touch with me during the whole adoption process. Puppy Spot gave information on how to care for the puppy and what the breeder was doing to prepare the puppy for a permanent home. There were so many helpful tips.

We've only had our little guy for 2 days and he is absolutely perfect. He came to us at 9 weeks and is already potty trained to use puppy pad. He does a great job of entertaining himself (and us!). Through the entire process of getting our little guy, PuppySpot has been so engaged with updates and advise. Premier Puppy Transport was equally wonderful to work with work! My precious little spaniel arrived an hour early. He was clean and so happy to see me! He was not stressed out at all, just ready to cuddle and give puppy kisses. Obviously my puppy had been petted and cared for. The driver kept us informed all the way. My only wish was that he could have brought the puppy closer. It was quite a drive in the dark at 10:00 pm. Because of the rain we passed accidents on the way. Nevertheless it all turned out well and I have an adorable little baby
