I carry them with me everywhere and take them for that quick pick me up of energy. What I appreciate most is the rapidness of energy without feeling the rush / jitters and follow on drop associated with the previous generation of energy boosters. I tend to eat relatively healthy and watch caloric intake. These are great afternoon, low calorie, alternative for the midday boost. I typically have a few packs in and around my work area and in my laptop bag when I am on the go.
