Somehow, I missed how to created an accounts as I made the purchase. I called, but was told there wasn't anything I could do to get my bag purchase added to my "after the fact" account creation. I called the day I made the purchase and they could have canceled the order and walked me through creating the account while make a purchase, NO ?
