Great quality, very cute custom hoodie (black with hot pink initialing)! Youth medium will probably fit age 4+ and the item runs as a long, thin fit rather than oversized, which is fine for little girl. Great customer service via Psychobaby, as always! Would recommend!

My kids LOVE their Psychobaby t-shirts! They are soft and comfortable, but also very durable. The designs are so cute and they are shirts my kids ask to wear! Customer service is amazing, and shipping is always when promised (which is fast!). I highly recommend these shirts. For my kids, I do find that they can run a little small, so I order a size larger than usual.
