I'm really disappointed about the return policy from the US. I'll not be returning the Waterproof Over Trousers because I don't want to pay for return shipping and because to return them and reorder another smaller size I would not have enough to qualify for free shipping. I do not plan to ever purchase from you in the future.

I had to return my first order due to size and Proviz was super helpful and responsive. I love the jacket as it’s warm and super reflective. I did have to order two sizes smaller than I wear in the US but still so happy to have this jacket when riding my bike!
