Bad customer service. My delivery and billing address were mixed. To the level of it being written Hotel du Louvre and an address in Brazil for delivery (makes no sense at all). I ask for support and received no help. Just a couple of emails that later were not answered. Due to bad service I paid about 10% extra for my purchase
