While my personal experience with the Rid-O-Rust has only just begun, my thoughts turn specifically to the customer service. I find the American Hydro Customer Care to be the best I have ever experienced. Their team, including technical support to address any and all questions, and engage in two-way conversation and emails was a breath of fresh air. Other organizations should take note and learn this work ethic. Whatever this team is doing to train and foster great leadership and communication skills, I encourage them to continue on this path. Based on this alone, we will be a returning customer. A huge thank you to all involved in getting us on the best track to engage and address our rust well water dilemma.

Customer support was awesome! I needed a replacement wick, and Olivia called over to the warehouse, found one and they sent it out for free!!!! They provided some of that old fashion customer support that most other companies do not provide!!
