I’ve tried a lot of habanero hot sauces and a lot of them are too carrot-forward or sweet. This one packs the right bunch. I can’t get enough of it. It’s balanced, packed with flavor, and spicy!

I have bought and used hot sauce from many places including Louisiana, Texas, Mexico , Central and South America and this stuff is some of the best! Perhaps it’s the quality ingredients, small batches, and attention to detail that makes it great. Frankly, anyone can make it hot, but can you also make it taste good? I had Brickhouse on avocado toast this morning with its wonderful smokey flavor notes, and Freckin ‘ Hot as a main flavor ingredient in guacamole last weekend. Hats off guys! Keep up the great work.

This is one project- Project Hot Sauce-that really got off the ground from which the peppers came- -rich organic California soil. I first tried the lovely Haba and was amazed by the complexity of tastes that beautifully enhanced yet did not cover the vegetables in my stir fry. Given a test bottle of Sorcerer last summer, I loved the heat with strawberry notes that it gave to our grilling. Your sauces are so fresh! Thank you so much for opening my eyes to the greater potential of hot sauce.

I just got Brickhouse to sample. I'm very impressed, a nice bit of heat with a really nice flavor. It's a regular on my eggs, and just added some to a chili I made-quite tasty. I'm also impressed with the ethos of the company and I'm looking forward to trying the others.

The Rojo Con Fuego is now my go-to hot sauce. It has a balanced flavor with the perfect touch of heat. You can absolutely taste the freshness of the ingredients. I find that the sauce goes well with just about everything. Now I can't wait to get my hands on a bottle of Brickhouse!

Hot sauce for me has always been all heat and not much flavor... until I tried these sauces! Project Hot Sauce is the perfect balance of heat AND flavor. These sauces have kick, but not to the point where it ruins your taste buds, and the sauces are so flavorful that they really enhance pretty much anything you put them on, and they each have a very unique flavor! I have tried them ALL - The Rojo and Verde Con Fuego are my "go to's" but if I want to really add some extra punch and flavor I will reach for the Haba Haba, Freckin Hot, or Brickhouse. When i'm in the mood, I have them all laid out on my table so I can try little tastes of each one with whatever i'm eating. Each sauce is so distinct in flavor that simple scrambled eggs can be turned into something new and exciting, and since the heat is so varied and not insane, I can really use a nice amount of it to really get the most out of the flavor while not killing my tastebuds with spice. Thank you to the people behind this project and I hope you continue to make these amazing hot sauces!

I love hot sauces and in the last few years I rarely have eaten any meal without some kind of heat to liven things up. These hot sauces have quickly become my new go to! The Rojo and the Verde and both equally delicious. Somehow the ingredients in the sauces taste much fresher to me than any other bottled sauce I’ve ever had. I’m a tremendous fan and absolutely recommend them to any hot sauce lover. Enjoy!

I’m very picky with hot sauces, these have become my favorite ones because you can taste the flavor of the ingredients and get the fire we love. They all have different profiles and all are so flavorful and complex. So tasty!

I have tried and thoroughly enjoyed every sauce…the flavors are bold and a perfect compliment to any meal. My favorite is putting Habahaba sauce on my eggs at breakfast. I have also used the Rojo sauce in jambalaya and the green sauce in enchiladas. The care and craft in these sauces is evident! The best I’ve ever had.

The Royo and Verde are equally delightful in their own right. I highly recommend both!

I’m nearing the end of the Brickhouse, on my third bottle of the Rojo Con Fuego, and also went through a bottle of Haba Haba. I have a bottle of Verde staring at me in my pantry that I’m excited to open. All of these have been very well balanced.. lots of flavor and and plenty of heat. They also have a great texture that works well with everything from rice to soup to eggs. They’ve enhanced each meal I add them to without dominating the other flavors. I’m totally hooked!

The best sauce out there more flavorful with the right amount of seasoning. You can pair with any meal it is spectacular.

So good! My favorite is the verde con fuego, but the haba haba is also great. Super fresh and flavorful! Can't wait to try more flavors.
