Well I didn't have any problems w/ordering, shipping or delivery of my product. I spent over $600. 00 the nxt day they ran a special for free cleansing cloths for pros, I wuld hve like to receive somthing free for all my $ spent. I kno it doesn't seem like a big deal its just the point, like really the very nxt day free stuff for spending over $200. 00 didn't make me very happy
