This Yen Dan Yoga-Tea is a really great tea!! I think that it helps my headaches a some. I happen to love the taste of it. It'd delicious when you use a Infuser or coffee strainer in a pot to steam it in!! I'd love to order more later, on. I still have another 2-3 cups worth left.
