Tickets were high quality, just as I had envisaged. The carrier was late in delivery- chased this up with Eventgroove, got a very prompt helpful response and without asking they refunded the shipping cost to my account. No fuss, just action, I liked that. Now getting my next order ready to send off - will definitely use them again
