I've had cystic acne since I was a teenager. Have gone to dermatologists since then as well. I remember my dermatologist used to use dry ice on my flareups. I'd sit in his chair while he popped my cysts that ended up on the walls. Yuk! How embarrassing! I'm now 69 years young, and I still have occasional cystic acne breakouts. I have been using Proactiv for a very long time I started using this when I was a teenager and now in my 40's and still using Proactiv even with me being in my 40's I still unfortunately battle with acne and thankfully Proactiv still helps just like it did when I was in my teens. Thanks to Luis for the great help in getting my order worked out. You may consider letting customers modify their routine by letting them include additional items, just charge a little more. It would help them save on shipping. Other than that service is great.
