My prints were unusable. The resolution was bad, the image looked to hav a ghost print behind it. I tried to contact support but no luck.

Location is strange, color turned out only so-so. Very friendly staff and great turn around time!

Really great stickers and quick turnaround! I submitted and purchased Wednesday evening and my stickers were ready to pick up by Thursday afternoon. I purchased custom sized car decals and used them as a vinyl transfer sticker applied to an aluminum tin for a freelance project and am very happy with the quality and price!

I am solely giving this two stars, because the shipment did not meet the promised delivery time. I was sent a proof which was approved in under 10 minutes. I followed up via text and via email asking to confirm that this would ship on schedule. It shipped a day late, and it’s now arriving 3 days later than anticipated because of the weekend / a note made to FedEx (not by me) about a weekday-only delivery. I otherwise have thoroughly enjoyed the print quality and service provided by PrintLeaf - however this experience has not been as pleasant, given that this is a time-sensitive project, and all requirements were met on our end. I will be seeking some financial remedy for the inconvenience and lack of communication.
