I think your company's overall mission is to provide safe and healthy products that are non toxic / low toxic to keep us feeling fresh, clean, beautiful, and healthy. Luckily, I don't have to utilize customer service just yet, but I know that I will not be disappointed. The price is as expected with such high quality ingredients and luxurious packaging. I'm definitely excited to try more products for when our baby comes this year!
