I have to say that I am disappointed with your company and will not be purchasing from you in the future. I had purchased three items and unfortunately the size was not fitting me correctly that I had purchased. I did email you to let you know that I needed to return the three items for a different size And you instructed me how to do so and so I did. I returned I believe two of the items out of the three and you company told me that you only had one of the items in the size I needed. I believe you gave me something to the fact of , needing to find something else that I would like from your company in exchange. Unfortunately, I was not able to find anything else that I wanted and what I was really looking for was for a refund and apparently that was not one of the choices that I was able to have . Therefore, I will no longer be purchasing from your company again.

I’ve always received items quickly however it’s been 2 weeks and order has not processes

I was charged $6 for each item I ordered for shipping for a total of $24. I thought I was only suppose to be charged for the actual shipping.

Fabric was a terrible clingy fabric. Will not wear items, waste of money. Will not order again. Can't return because I do not have order number and did not come with a receipt or order form inside package

I originally saw the dress I ordered on another site but they didn't have my size in stock. I stumbled across it when browsing on Prickly Polkadot and snapped it up! After a minor alteration at home (I cut off the ruffle sleeves) and could not be happier with my purchase. Ordering was quick and easy, shipping was fast. Definitely will shop again.
