Recently I discovered Presto. I found that they have some of my old favourites Bach's cds already in flac format. I started to buy some of them and it's very easy to download directly to my mobile phone

I still mainly listen to recordings on CDs, and have purchased many in the past few years from Presto (along with some DVD recordings of operas). The service has been excellent, the selection is extensive, and it hasn't been a problem to receive my orders in the America rather than the UK.

I wish multichannel would return to your SACD download listings.

The Presto site is easy to use both searching through their huge catalogue and downloading the music I bought. It's unfortunate that not all the titles come with liner notes but I guess Presto have little control over that.

Prompt delivery at a reasonable price.

I wish the threshold for postage was lower; I understand that postage is disproportionately expensive but if one wants a CD in one's hand rather than a download, the final addition to the bill is often a disincentive to continue with the purchase. I had a somewhat gruff response to a query some time ago but that has been improved by good service. If Presto Music can become mainstream (no pun intended) and is available on an increasing number of players I would consider swapping it for Qobuz but until then it will have to be mostly downloads for convenience and cost.
