Your website does not mention that if you buy through the internet, and there is a core, that it’s up to the customer to pay for the mailing of the core. In my case I had to pay $112 to ship back the catalytic converter core. So, I actually only got back $388 of the advertised core, as I see it. When I’ve bought from other places they provide a return package and I have not had to pay for mailing back parts, or find my own way to ship it back. Thanks to Chad for guiding me through the process, but I still not felt 100% satisfied.
