I recently ordered a pair of paddock boots. When the product arrived it was two different sizes. I contacted PE and within hours the fault was rectified and a new pair dispatched. Such super service makes dealing with PE a wonderful experience.

Great delivery - as always. The combined boot/hat bag is perfect, just what I need for competition days. The boots were also stunning, I sadly ordered the wrong size, so they went straight back for exchange. This was so easy to organise, I dropped of the box at the Post Office and it was picked up almost straight away by DPD. I was kept informed of the journey until it arrived back with Premier Equine the following day. Now just awaiting an update after the Bank Holiday weekend.

My order arrived quickly and is exactly as described. I can honestly say this is the most comfortable riding helmet that I have ever had in over 65 years of riding!!! The comfort dial at the back is ingenious and enables a perfect fit. The interior padding is generous and comfortable. The added bling in the centre panel, whilst optional, adds a bit of sparkle, and who doesn't need a bit of sparkle in their lives?
