I started out taking this everyday and about 10 days into taking it I started to get concerned by some bathroom issues I was having that weren't stopping. I contacted Premama and they said it might be that I am having sensitivity with the sweetners or the citric acid but I ingest both of those on a daily basis with no issues other than the Xylitol which I couldn't find in any other foods that I consume so that must be it. Premama told me to stop taking it but I decided to go to every other day and my issues stopped. I don't want to speak too soon since I haven't been through a whole cycle but I think it is working. My hormonal acne has calmed down a lot already so we will see!
