Trying to write a review or rate my experience with Prana Pets would require a novel sized document. The owner himself, and each and every employee has been my support system since my dog was initially diagnosed with Cushings and I then found PranaPets. They're each a family member to Jozie and I at this point. They're also my entire support system for what my Jozie is going through, what I'm going through because of it - and even more in my life that isn't related to my dog, they're beyond wonderful. On more than several occasions, nearly each time I call, the owner himself and each and every employee has taken very large amounts of time from their day, sometimes night, to either offer support, or have very lengthy conversations with me about how Jozie is doing, how I am doing, how I'm coping with the disease, the cost, each and every aspect of this, they care that much. Anytime I see a change in Jozie, we as a team speak in length about what I'm seeing, and we go over her routine, her doses, which products she's on, what she's eating, literally everything, and come up with new approaches, additions, deletions, dose changes, etc. Each time it's helped. This company, from the owner, to each employee, to each of their products are so dedicated to safe and holistic healing and helping, so dedicated to animals, immensely knowledgeable, never stopping their research and consistently seeking new things that will help many different conditions, symptoms and/or just keeping your fur-family healthy and happy. I've never seen this much dedication, devotion and love from a company such as this before. They don't only care about your fur-family, but they care about you as the parent. They involve themselves, they have so much compassion, empathy, concern, care and so much more for your fur-family and for you.
