Love the product. The vice president of the company likes to talk over to go straight to his solution, he didn’t try to listen to all I have to say . The customer service doesn’t compromise with the customer. I was missing the package, she told me to contact local postal myself instead they should offer to do so. They would sent u an offer of 20% off if I do the review. When I called she was not nice to talk with. They are typical California owner. I’m honestly not happy with it how I’ve been treated
