Ordered 2 posters in early Dec that shipped Dec 5th. They were Christmas gifts. They arrived Dec 26th. I pinged customer service on the 20th or so and they confirmed USPS would deliver by Saturday the 23rd. Nope. Late gift. Not the end of the world but 21 days does seem a bit excessive ship time; that should be clear on the site when you order - and it absolutely was not. Product seems fine, as expected.

Poster was more of a thick picture print. Cropped strange and blurry. Not impressed. Looked like they took an Internet pic and tried to enlarge it.
