A fine product.

The NEO, along with the previously purchased GO, revolutionized my guitar playing. Sure, it has the occasional Bluetooth issue but much less than other products I own. But the sound from the headphones is fantastic, the tones invaluable, the AI a wonderful tool. Plus the ergonomics are amazing, like the GO. It just looks great, too. What I don't like about the NEO is that it is phone only. I'm a laptop guy and I feel the tiny phone interface stops me from using the NEO more. Many times I go to use the software on my mobile and say nah, I don't want to fumble with the stupid phone. So my usage is more occasional than as many times as I want to use it. So it's not an everyday product that it should be with me.
