Shipping was very slow , you can attribute Xmas to that . When contacting PG Australia they went above and beyond .

Good shipping and great to deal with (they unregistered my old spark I requested with no fuss). A little peaved I bought the Spark Links when they were brought down in price only to find out later they were brought down in price again. Regardless I think positive grid have some good quality products and service.

Need to send all items registered post (signature required). Spark Link package delivered next door due to no signature required.

Very frustrating I have not used the Spark 2 amp as, yet it is a Christmas present from my wife which is not to be opened until the big day. The box was damaged, so I did check to see that it was not damaged in transit all good.
