My first time ordering from the site and the products are great. It took much longer than I expected for them to be shipped, though. But, overall, good experience

The shipping took a long time, and the tracking didn’t tell me where my item was so pretty useless, and once the overseas carrier moved the item to the USPS, the tracking did not update to a USPS tracking number so I didn’t know when it was coming and received an email that it was coming soon after it already arrived. I would have ordered from amazon to get faster shipping, but this new design was not available on amazon from pop-sockets yet so if you are ordering directly from the pop socket site, it could take weeks if the item is shipping from overseas. It was worth the wait though because I LOVE the designs of the Luna Moth and Moon Flower series.

Pop socket is my favorite phone case place. It’s very rare that I am disappointed in what I receive. The quality is always amazing. I do with they would take the time to make solid color case for the 17 models and full coverage of the camera area would be nice. I’m tired of the clear or black case with just a print on the back. Horchata is my favorite color case.

I love these. What I would really like to see is a short product video for each grip. It would be good to see how the angle of light affects the color. A couple of purchases I’ve been a little surprised by the actual color or material.

Case and pop socket are both excellent quality. There was shipping delays as expected with the launch of a new phone, but everything was communicated wonderfully.

I have found- through trial and error- that the PopSocket brand is my absolute go to! I have saved many of thousands of dollars by using the PopSocket brand for my phone case and PopSocket needs!
