Got my panel back up and running

Good quality. Shipping was out of sync. I received the T-junction I ordered at the same time in the mail by itself, no explanation as to why the plug was not included. I sent an email to remind shipping to send it and received it 2 days later. Not optimal service.

I had a great experience. I needed a new power source for my older saltwater generator. They had what I needed at a great price. It was easy to order and shipped within a day to keep my pool running crystal clear

got what i ordered

Ordering the product was clear and it arrived as scheduled. It was well packaged and the instructions were easy to understand.

Professional service rep. Quick and accurate shipping.

Came exactly as expected and on time. Happy

The item was too big for my S50 pool cleaner, but is did say it was compatible.

Perfect replacement part. Fast shipping!

The replacement backboard is exactly like the original. However, after ordering the new backboard, we discovered that the two backboard supports were broken. They were not included in the order. I have been looking for the supports, but no luck so far. Any help would be appreciated.

5 star all the way

Excellent. Product as expected. Easy to replace. Outstanding company. I ordered this replacement cord after hours and received it the very next day. I recommend this product and this pool company.

The wheel fit perfectly and was easy to install. Poolweb gave me updates on when the order was placed, tracking and when to expect the product.

Thanks

Great doing business with company. 2 thumbs up.

Definitely works well. I did a small patch in 4’ depth underwater.

Works well

Great service got quickly

The product was exactly as described but the service was beyond description! 10/10 would absolutely recommend and I will be doing business with them again!
