the shipping was great, packaging was great, and overall the website is very accessible and easy to use. the only reason i am deducting a star is because i paid for the tip change on my break stick to add a phenolic tip, and it was not done well and came flying off after only 3 nights of easy play. judging off the glue marks on the tip and stick, it seems like only the edges of the tip were glued which caused the hold to not be snug enough.
