Excellent customer service

Ground shipping via UPS... no temperature control item inside the box, like ice pack. Had to re sterelize using pressure cooker so no problem there. Did have suspicious looking yellow and green spots near the bottom that were probably contam. But pressure cooker took care of them. Next time I suggest company to insert ice packs or something similar when shipping via UPS ground

Rating 3 stars only because I had to re sterelize the bag in my pressure cooker. There were some yellow and green spots at the bottom and in the folds of the bag, but re sterelized it myself had no time for re shipments or replacements, had fully spawn colonized block ready to go. Mixed it with the re sterelized exotic substrate and now it's in a monotub awaiting pins, we have knots at the moment awaiting the pins.... maybe next time if it is ground shipment, ship with temp control item insert a cold pack or something similar to keep item from going bad

Quick shipping, great customer service, great substrate. I didn't have any luck with the milo grain bags. I also a beginner so I'm not 100% it wasn't user error even though I had success with same spore on popcorn bags from another supplier.
