Amazing speakers - especially for the price point. Clear, rich sound. Easy setup. Customer service was ok - not the best; long wait times. Because I ordered during their end of year, shipping took a while. But once it was actually shipped out, it arrived next day! Overall, great experience.

These work great for me. Shipping was fast. Had a very minor blemish on one of the two speakers that Ijust wanted polk to be aware of. The blemish was only 1/8th of an inch, I called service just to see if there was anything I could do, they sent a replacement free of charge. So kudos for service
