Feel comfortable ordering directly from the manufacturer…always hear these horror stores of warranty issues with Amazon type resellers…and I’ve not walked into a national reseller that the sales people knew their ass from their elbow…and totally lost when you have warranty issues…Samsung…Denon and Polk all have retail presence…why bother with 3rd party especially when discount sales are manufacturer driven…shipping gratis.

Yeah, I’ve been using the Polk Audio Signa S4D for a bit now. It does the job well enough. Setup was easy, which I liked—pretty much plug-and-play. The sound quality is solid, especially for dialogue. The sub adds decent bass, and the Atmos feature adds some depth, though it’s not mind-blowing or anything. It’s definitely a step up from built-in TV speakers. A couple things I noticed—while the sound is good, the surround effect isn’t super immersive unless you’re sitting right in front. Also, the remote feels a little basic and isn’t backlit, which is annoying in low light. The bass can be a bit much in small spaces, but it’s adjustable. Overall, it’s a decent soundbar for the price.

Very happy with the product. FedEx messed up delivery date twice. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday (Friday was a holiday) then it was changed to Monday and finally arrived on Tuesday.

super easy set up, from unboxing to connecting the TV (which was the main reason for the purchase). was delivered quickly. I love the sound quality changes between TV/movies and music. The ability to bring voices forward and bass down on the fly for at night with children sleeping in another room and neighbors above and below (we live in NYC). I wish the bass hit a little harder, but pretty nice quality!
