I am giving 5 stars, because I am generally happy with you guys. I hope you keep making and improving cameras and film. But I had to invest hours into trying to find the problem on why I couldn't order the Gen3 camera. The support told me it must be my browser, so I did every trouble shoot I could find. But then I found that the problem was on your end all along. That was frustrating. It felt like I had to work for you.

I hope for a reduction
I hope for a reduction in the price of the films or an increase in the number per cartridge, at least for the i-types. I like the discount system and the photo contests. I am very satisfied with the quality of the I-2 and I hope that future projects of the i-3 can be based on the sx-70 model (it remains the most comfortable to carry daily, in any context). The PolaroidGo film is terrible, too small. Even if impossible, I still hope for a return of the Spectra format or a new larger format, possibly linked to the release of a new camera!
