I did a lot of research before buying a cold plunge and I am very satisfied with Polarmonkeys! The installation was easy and the cold plunge is super efficient. I have it always set at 37 and I have not really noticed my energy costs go up, even in the summer when it's warm. Alex is extremely helpful and the customer service is excellent.

It took about 3 weeks from ordering to receive the product, came very well packaged and everything worked great out of the box. Very easy set up with instructions provided, however if you are more of a visual learner, there are a couple youtube videos on setting it up.

The whole process was great!
