I have been a loyal customer since I started vaping in 2020 - their flavours are second to none, and their customer service is great. I've had some issues getting my flavour in stock in my mg but they contacted me and talked me through a solution rather than just cancelling my order. Whenever I place an order it's really quickly collected and dispatched, or ready to collect.

So I ordered a starter pack which came with a free extra coil and tip etc… But the coil was the wrong one sent out in the box.Asked for some customer support, 0 answer…. Just maybe go to a shop where they will be able to help you, and if anything’s wrong they will sort you out then and there.
