Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Plums Lingerie, I'd purchased my original set from a small shop local to me, but they had unfortunately closed down (pre Covid-19) and was struggling to find an alternative place to shop. Looked online at many different stores and chose Plumbs as they had a good range as well as being at a reduced price (I found them whilst they had a sale on). Was a little concerned at first as they would be coming from the Channel Isles (nothing against the Isles, of course) but decided to give it a go. The service was great, easy to use the website and place an order, had an email to say one of the items I'd ordered was now unfortunately out of stock, but gave me various options - other colours available, full refund, part refund for difference in cost etc. The delivery arrived intact and well packaged, really was exciting to receive and unwrap. I am pleased with the product. The delivery time was longer than I had hoped. More importantly, once the parcel reached Canada, there was no way to track it. Your tracking number ended with delivery into Canada. Had the parcel been lost, as I had feared, there was absolutely no way to track it. You can work with Canada Post to have an ongoing tracking number which remains valid until the item is delivered to your customer. Thanks.

Love Prima Donna and love buying it from Plums. In all fairness I hadn't bought any new for a while (you don't need to with prima Donna) but found their service to be excellent as always. Plums is my go-to for fabulous lingerie.
