very good trampoline wanted size to fit space so a 10ft was right also accessories to fit it perfectly sunshade and mister , easy assembly mostly by 1 woman top half a bit more tricky needing 2 and a ladder as it has tall side mesh sides for safety of bigger kids and adults very happy granddaughter with autism loves it and getting exercise as usually just on pc/laptop so a win win .

After a great deal of research and comparison I decided to buy another quality Plum product - quite simply, they’re the best value for money and look great as well. The extra height was important to us i. e. use extended as my daughters age. Do yourself a favour!

Shipping arrived earlier than anticipated which was perfect. Instructions were easy. Would ask to suggest what type of oil or stain to weatherproof the wood.

Simple process

It was very easy and fast delivery! The trampoline is a perfect size for our toddler, he can easily climb on and off it independently. Very safe and easy to put together. It is big enough for my older children to have a bit of a bounce also :)

This set is fantastic and our kids love it! What impressed me even more was the customer service we received to get delivery in time for Christmas. After the 3rd party courier lost 2 pieces of the delivery, Ben went over and above to organise replacement parts to arrive in time, at what must have been the busiest time of year for them. He went out of his way to correct an error that was not made by Plum Play. Not only did he fix the problem, he also kept me updated at every stage so I knew what to expect. Customer service like this is very rare these days. It’s a big thumbs up from us for the team at Plum Play and the quality and functionality of the product itself too.

Initially had some ordering concerns and difficulty contacting Plum Play, which caused great frustration. Although, when we finally got in touch with the customer service team they were polite and professional (despite my "Mr Angry the Customer" vibe). The trampoline arrived promptly after this. Today, we gave it to our kids as an early Christmas gift. We assembled it as a family, which was easier than expected and actually fun! Quality product (though it's a shame it doesn't come with a ladder) and instructions were easy to follow. Construction went smoothly - our kids (both under 10) were able to take the lead on some parts of the build, which we loved! Thanks Plum Play for making some Christmas wishes come true.

Ordered a Christmas present for my kids. Tried to contact Plum Play Australia for a status update. All attempts to reach them were unsuccessful: phone (no answer), email (auto response stating inbox is no longer monitored), help ticket (directed to UK not Australian branch), social media (no reply). Am extremely frustrated and now simply want to request a refund per the stated policy online. Will report to ACCC if I do not recieve a response.

Excellent customer service support from Joan when a parcel was delivered but not left at a safe location so was taken from our home. . they acted promptly and agreed to send a replacement product by express post…very happy with all the communication and support
